RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At MAR of Paper, each piece is handcrafted and personalized specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
Proof Approval
Customers will receive a digital proof for review prior to production. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all names, dates, spelling, colors, and design details before approving the proof.
Once a proof has been approved, no further changes can be made and refunds will not be issued for customer-approved errors.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at Marofpaper@gmail.com and include photos of the item and packaging.
If the issue is determined to be a production error or shipping damage, we will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Customer-approved proof errors
- Delays caused by failure to respond to proof approval requests
