Your Customization Process

After your order is placed, you will receive an email from us within 48 business hours to begin the customization process. We’ll communicate with you about your preferred color palette and the overall look you’d like for your stationery.

Once your colors and personalization details are confirmed, we’ll begin creating your custom monogram or crest and preparing your stationery set.

Because each set is individually crafted and hand-finished, please allow 7–8 business days for production before your order is shipped.
